- 1. Use a Rib Cage of the Saint’s Corpse (Found around the map or won in Metal Ball Run Competitive or Casual) to obtain Golden Nail Act I.
- 2. Obtain a Left Arm of the Saint’s Corpse (Obtained from spinning at arcade with 1 Gold Coin and 1500$ or from winning Metal Ball Run Competitive or Casual) and use it on Golden Nail Act I to obtain Golden Nail Act II.
- 3. Find Jesus (Spawns at the Train Station Room, Cafeteria, Castle, Train Station Rails or at Eli’s Pizzeria.) and talk to him with Golden Nail Act II to obtain Golden Nail Act III.
- 4. Use a Pelvis of the Saint’s Corpse (Can be obtained from the Arcade using 1 Gold Coin and 1500$ or by winning Metal Ball Run Competitive.) on Golden Nail Act III to obtain the final form, Golden Nail Act IV. (If you are lucky, you can obtain one of its shinies.)
